Why does the price differ by country?
We set prices by region so HelmistAI stays affordable where local purchasing power is lower. The region is detected from your connection. Using a VPN or proxy to change it is not supported and the app locks while one is active.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open Billing in the app and use Manage subscription to change interval, update your card or cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then return to Free. Your skills and history stay on your device.
Do I need an account to pay?
Your plan is tied to the Google account you sign in with in the app, so it follows you across reinstalls. Use the same email at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund. You can cancel anytime, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Try the Free plan first to make sure HelmistAI fits your meetings.
