After you install
Three quick steps and you are ready for your next call.
Open and sign in
Sign in with Google inside the app to keep your plan across reinstalls, or skip and use Free without an account.
Grant two permissions
Screen Recording to read what you share, and Microphone to hear you. macOS may ask you to restart the app once.
Start a session
Pick your skills, name the session and go. A starter skill is already set up for you.
Install help
If something does not work the first time.
macOS says the app cannot be opened.
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security and allow HelmistAI, then open it again.
The app asks me to restart after granting permission.
macOS applies Screen Recording only when an app starts. Choose Restart HelmistAI and your session setup reopens.
I do not see my plan after paying.
Sign in with the same Google account you used at checkout, then open Billing in the app.
The app says a VPN was detected.
HelmistAI locks while a VPN or proxy is active because it changes your region and plan limits. Turn it off and restart the app. Cloudflare WARP and iCloud Private Relay count as VPNs.
